CONCORE Development Group is award-wining Meta Housing Corporation’s key construction representative and team leader for its Beacon Villa development in Pittsburg, CA. This project is a mixed-use project currently under construction that, when completed, will offer a mix of affordable residential units and ground-floor retail space. Dwelling units are designated for families and individuals with incomes between 50% and 70% of the area’s median income.

    CONCORE’s Construction Management team is entirely in charge of managing the construction of the project and is the liaison between Meta Housing, the general contractor, sub-contractors, vendors and all other parties involved at every level.

 CONCORE is additionally responsible for the following duties at the development:

     CONCORE addresses and develops working solutions for unforeseen conditions as they may arise, such as: schedule delays, material price increases, budget constraints and any other issue regarding construction that may come into play.

     When completed, Beacon Villa will be comprised of five residential buildings with 54 residential units, including one mixed-use building featuring approximately 2,800sf of ground floor commercial retail and office space. All residential units will include fully-equipped kitchens and bathrooms.

     Other onsite amenities in the development will include a community room, tot lot, a bicycle repair station, a fitness facility, an on-site manager with a manager’s office and an onsite laundry room. There will be a total of 106 on-site surface parking spaces consisting of 60 open surface spaces and 46 covered and 42 bicycle parking stalls on the property.

     Completion of Beacon Villa is slated for the fall of 2022
