PRESIDENT

As the president of Concore Development Group, Al brings over 40 years of construction experience, developing an impeccable reputation of providing the highest quality level projects, commitment to completing projects on time and under budget. A licensed general engineering contractor who started his experience in construction as an owner’s representative overseeing projects of several communities and followed by leading his own crew working on heavy civil projects.

Al holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.

Mehrad Eslami, LEED AP BD+C

VICE PRESIDENT

An Experienced design/build professional with a reputation for developing strong teams and delivering exceptional results in design, construction and facility operations. Having direct, hands-on work experience in the fields that are integral to any capital development program, Mehrad clearly communicates his vision in a way that drives precision and efficiency in meeting the end goal.

Mehrad is a no-nonsense, dedicated professional who brings a high degree of integrity to his workplace and takes tremendous pride in developing his staff. Licensed as a general building contractor and real estate agent, his specialty is in commercial properties where he has fully leveraged his energy, industry knowledge and leadership skills for clients such as Stanford University, Dell, Target, Kaiser and UC San Francisco.

Mehrad holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
