Berryessa Plaza

Berryessa Plaza is a 47,000-square-foot ground-up retail shopping center developed to serve the growing Berryessa area. The project consists of two multi-story retail buildings designed to accommodate a range of leaseable commercial spaces, supporting neighborhood-serving retail and service uses.

The site includes 188 on-grade parking stalls, with integrated electric vehicle charging stations to support sustainable transportation and future-ready infrastructure. The layout prioritizes clear circulation, visibility, and ease of access for both tenants and customers.

This project demonstrates CONCORE’s ability to manage complex, ground-up commercial developments, coordinating building construction, site work, utilities, and parking improvements to deliver a cohesive retail environment. Berryessa Plaza reflects a focus on constructability, long-term operational performance, and adaptability for future tenants.
