The owners of Chaat Café, a South Bay Area chain of Indian restaurants, found an ideal new location in Dublin, California in the Fallon Gateway retail complex right off of I-580, directly across the freeway from San Francisco Premium Outlets. The slightly over 2100sf space was an empty warm shell — a blank canvas awaiting a brand new look. CONCORE was engaged to tackle the creative and mechanical challenges presented, and was able to deliver a completed environment for the client on budget and on time.
Chaat Café was one of CONCORE’s early projects. CONCORE provided an all new mechanical, electrical and plumbing infrastructure that included a unique suspended 3-dimensional ceiling and a Type I commercial kitchen exhaust hood along with all new finishes throughout.
