Seeking a commercial general contractor to specifically meet their TI requirements, Concord Dental Group hired CONCORE to build-out their new dental office from an empty warm shell. CONCORE’s scope of work included an attractive lobby with a new reception desk and waiting area, entirely new office spaces and exam rooms and all the new mechanical, electrical and plumbing required to bring the space up to becoming not only a comfortable environment for patients, but along with new finishes throughout, a fully operational state-of-the-art dental facility.
