North Housing –
Block A

Block A of the North Housing Development is a cornerstone project serving the City of Alameda and its broader community. This phase delivers 109 much-needed homes, including 45 units of Permanent Supportive Housing and 64 units of Affordable Senior Apartments, addressing critical housing needs for vulnerable and aging populations.

As Construction Manager, CONCORE led the project team through a highly coordinated, phased delivery—balancing schedule, quality, and stakeholder alignment. Through close collaboration with the Housing Authority, design team, and builder, the project was completed ahead of schedule, demonstrating disciplined planning and effective execution.

The finished development offers a welcoming residential environment with thoughtfully designed courtyards, gathering areas, and resident amenities that encourage comfort, dignity, and connection. Block A reflects CONCORE’s experience managing complex affordable housing projects and our commitment to delivering high-impact community assets through teamwork and accountability.
