DRIP DOCTORS

Los Angeles-based Drip Doctors, an IV vitamin therapy and regenerative med-spa with multiple locations in California, engaged CONCORE early in the pursuit of establishing their first location in San Francisco, far in advance of the commencement of construction. This afforded CONCORE the ability to guide and assist Drip Doctors in their lease negotiations, in addition to performing comprehensive pre-construction services which included project due diligence, project design, permitting and, ultimately, the management and execution of the entire scope of construction of the build-out through to its completion.

     Walk-in retail space for Drip Doctors was secured on Union Street in the Cow Hollow neighborhood of San Francisco, one of The City’s most prestigious shopping and residential communities. Literally a diamond in the rough, the chosen ailing structure was vacant and neglected for many years and in very poor condition, but “location, location, location” was the motivating factor in its selection. CONCORE completely re-built the infrastructure (concrete slab, exterior walls and roof) before any of the design-specific elements of the build-out were embarked upon. The scope of work was all-encompassing and included new mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems, in addition to new finishes throughout, including the installation of distinctive chevron-pattern tile flooring.
