LOVE STORY YOGA

Love Story Yoga in San Francisco was one of the CONCORE team’s early commercial projects.  CONCORE took a large, empty cold shell and transformed it into a warm, nurturing center featuring immersive journeys that would take yoga enthusiasts to new depths of healing.

     CONCORE contracted with Love Story in a design-assist capacity to assist with budget management and to meet all construction scheduling timelines. The project’s scope of work included new showers and locker rooms as well as new finishes throughout the entire space.

A unique part about the project was the state-of-the-art HVAC system which directly complemented the client’s requirement to have a uniformly heated space to enhance the yoga experience. CONCORE used innovatively designed infrared heating panels as the primary source of heat and an energy recovery ventilator (ERV) unit was then installed to recycle the air throughout the interior of the studio.
