FOR A RETAIL CLOTHIER FINISHED IN RECORD TIME
AREA: 1,300 ft²
LOCATION: San Francisco, California
KEY PROJECT DETAILS
Design-Assist Retail Interior Renovation
Project Completed in Record Time & On-Budget
Three Work Shifts Day-and-Night • Utilization of Project Management Workflow
CONCORE completed this 1,300sf commercial design-assist interior renovation at the San Francisco location for national retailer Ministry of Supply in the fall of 2019 right before the Covid Pandemic rocked the world. The retailer features contemporary clothing for men and women that uses some of the same temperature regulating material used in NASA astronaut space suits.
The Ministry of Supply make-over project would typically have taken a month or more to complete, but instead, CONCORE amazingly completed the entire effort in just under two weeks! In order to meet this strict deadline, CONCORE’s General Contracting crew put-in three shifts, working day-and-night to complete the job. The wood flooring was refinished, new fitting rooms were added along with a new marble-top reception desk, the entire space was painted and all other finishes were completed in record time and on-budget.
Because of its unique proprietary Project Management Work-Flow model, CONCORE was able to respond to this quick-response project while simultaneously working on larger, longer-term projects at the same time without any conflicts in scheduling.
