CONCORE Development Group is award-wining Meta Housing Corporation’s key construction representative and team leader for its Blue Oak Apartment complex in Concord, CA. This project is a mixed-use project currently under construction that, when completed, will offer 181 new residences to individuals who are in need of proper housing,. Dwelling units are designated for families and individuals with incomes between 30% and 70% of the area’s median income. The new seven-story building will provide a mix of one-bedroom, two-bedroom, three-bedroom and four-bedroom units, as well as a variety of amenities including a community room, short- and long-term bicycle parking, and an outdoor open courtyard with a recreational space.

   

CONCORE’s Construction Management team is entirely in charge of managing the construction of the project and is the liaison between Meta Housing, the general contractor, sub-contractors, vendors and all other parties involved at every level.

 CONCORE is additionally responsible for the following duties at the development:
