Sheridan Apartments

LOCATION: Menlo Park, CA

SIZE: 88 units

ROLE:  Construction Management

TYPE:  Workforce - Affordable Housing

This project consists of the ground-up construction of an 88-unit affordable housing community, developed to serve diverse household needs while meeting rigorous public-sector standards.

The residential program includes four unit types, offering a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, distributed across three distinct building types. A centrally located community center anchors the development, providing shared space that supports resident services, programming, and social connection.

As a publicly funded project, the development was designed and delivered in full compliance with California Building Code (CBC) Chapter 11B, ensuring accessibility throughout the site and all residential and common areas. Careful coordination was required to integrate accessibility requirements, unit variety, and building typologies into a cohesive and efficient housing solution.

The completed project delivers durable, high-quality affordable housing while reinforcing community, accessibility, and long-term livability—reflecting a commitment to responsible public investment and thoughtful residential design.
