CONCORE is the key representative and team leader for Stony Oaks Apartments, a new construction affordable residential project with 142 units designated for families and individuals seeking to live in The Roseland Specific Plan Area of Santa Rosa, California.

CONORE’s Construction Management team is in charge of the entire execution of the project, not only acting as a filter between owners and all other parties involved, but additionally with the following responsibilities . . .

Stony Oaks is located on a 4.39-acre site with 56 one-bedroom, 48 two-bedroom and 38 three-bedroom fully-equipped units developed by award-winning Meta Housing Corporation. A community room, tot lot, fitness facility, on-site laundry room, on-site property manager and resident services with up to 236 parking spaces and 36 bicycle stalls are included in the project.
