Ephesian Legacy Court

This project consists of the ground-up construction of a 100% affordable low-income senior housing community, designed to provide safe, comfortable, and dignified living for older adults.

The development features a five-story residential building with two connected wings, delivering a total of 80 senior apartment units. Supporting spaces were thoughtfully integrated to enhance daily living and community engagement, including an open parking garage, a resident community room, administrative offices, a welcoming lobby, and on-site laundry facilities.

The building’s layout and amenity spaces were carefully planned to promote accessibility, convenience, and social connection while meeting the functional and operational needs of a senior population. This project reflects a commitment to delivering high-quality affordable housing that balances efficient design, long-term durability, and a strong sense of community.
